Faiers Conferences is run by Denise Faiers, who organises a number of one day open courses each year. The open courses allow organisations to book one or more places for staff, rather than needing sufficient numbers to run an inhouse session.

- A one - day course lasts approximately seven hours including a short lunch break (e.g. 9:30am to 4:30pm). Two day programmes and half day refresher courses are also available. Half day courses can be held in the morning or afternoon and last for three hours.
- The one day course work and style of participation best suits a group of between eight and sixteen participants
- A one day course costs £575 per day plus travel @ 40p per mile (& overnight accommodation/meals if required). The price is fully inclusive of all preparation and handouts. No VAT is added. A half day course costs £325 plus travel costs etc., or £575 plus costs if two half day courses are run on the same date.
- Faiers Training works closely with the client to ensure that the course reflects your organisation's way of working and any policies and procedures you already have in place.

Faiers Training firmly believes in the statement that you retain:
- 10% of what you hear
- 30% of what you see
- 70% of what you do
The training techniques employed therefore includes a mixture of power point or overhead acetate presentation, flip chart work, memorable group exercises, DVD etc. There are comprehensive handouts covering the full day's content, and additional material. Care is taken to tailor the course and handouts to the organisation's own philosophy and ways of working, including policies and procedures already in existence.
